1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of SOMM PRESTIGE, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services Offered

SOMM PRESTIGE offers professional consulting services in the fields of sommelier training, wine list development, beverage program optimisation, and hospitality advisory. All services are subject to availability and are tailored to client specifications.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at a rate determined by SOMM PRESTIGE, in line with the Prescribed Rate of Interest Act of South Africa.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made in writing at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Confidentiality

All client information shared with SOMM PRESTIGE will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, documents, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of SOMM PRESTIGE and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

SOMM PRESTIGE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or reliance on provided materials.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved within the South African legal jurisdiction.
